WMV error for some people?

Im having some trouble with some wmv's i made & uploaded to our site.

Most people seem to be able to run the videos no problem, however perhaps 25% are having problems, the status just says connecting then ready then shows nothing.

I have this problem on one of my comuters, and it seems to work with other mwv's online no problem but mine cause the above problem..

Those experiencing problems probably don't have the latest version of Windos Media Player (and related WMV files) installed on their systems...

I seem to have the problem on a system running wm9 on server 2003 and that doest work, however a another system with the same setup works fine. I have tried installing the latest codecs again and this does not solve the problem.

ANy other idea? Cheers
