MJPG format is not playing

I am new to this digital photography field. I have took some shoots. Now I transferred those in my PC. The clips are not playing. Only audio is coming. I installed gspot codec and then the Divx_311A also. But still the render status in the gspot is showing : "0x00040257: VFW_S_VIDEO_NOT_RENDERED - cannot play back the video stream: no suitable decompressor could be found"

what can I do to see those clips? Please help me.

you have to have an mpeg 2 decoder installed. windvd/powerdvd dvd playing software is the better way to go. You can also use VLC (videolan) free. vlc uses it's own codecs.
