Ok, here's my situation. I have 13 Xvid video files, 12 of which run perfectly fine through all my media players. I mainly use Media Player Classic to run them but there's one video which doesn't play properly on it at all.
All I get is a green screen and the video runs for only 6 seconds although the videos length is actually about 22 minutes. The same thing happens on all my other players bar one which is a built-in media player for a file sharing program called Shareaza. When I play it through that it plays perfectly for the proper length of 22 minutes.
I don't know if it makes any difference but the audio format for the 12 videos that do work right is Windows Media Audio V2 while the one that has problems uses LameMP3 audio. I downloaded the LameMP3 codec to see if that would do anything but it didn't.
How can I make that file work with Media Player classic.? Obviously Shareaza's media player has something which Classic doesn't. Can anybody help me out?
