    DivX playback problems

    Why is it some divx movies that dont work with one player and some one do , i have three diffrent divx players on my computer (Vidomi , divx 2 and Gdivx . my futurama episodes wont run in Divx 2 but i can play them in Vidomi . Smallville dont work in Vidomi but i can play them in Divx 2 . And some episodes i cant play at all , works in Gdivx .
    why dosent all divx movies work with the same player

    Just a note, my Futurama collection works on all players. Divx 5.0 is problematic, I wouldn't use it. Instead use divx 3.11. If you need divx 4.x decline its offer to play divx 3.11 content.

        It does make you wonder why the DivX5 is not called a DivX Beta instead. It's no better than 4.x in terms of dependability, let alone 3.11.

          Conda, nice gif's

          Divx hasn't been getting better. Divx 3.11 was the best, even though it's an alpha codec.

            I have uninstall'ed Divx 5
            now i use 3.11 and 4
