    SVCD to DVD??

I don't know if this question is weird or just plain dumb, but here goes ... back in the day, before I had a DVD burner, I backed up some DVD's and converted some avi's into multi-disc SVCD's. Now that I have a DVD burner, I'm wondering if there is any way to covert the SVCD's into DVD's.
    Thx as always!!

    HI RPT,

Converting or re-encoding Mpeg files always reduce its quality more or less. In order to maintain video quality and to have severals SVCDs or VCDs on a single DVD-R, I use a program called DVD Lab Pro which can author your SVCDs for you to create DVD without reencoding them into DVD compatible Mpeg-2 first so you don't have to worry about degrading your videos. If you want to know more about this method, go to the link below:

Thx for the tip ... I actually have DVD Lab Pro, but I didn't know I could use it to address this issue! I'll give it a try!
