A File without sound

Hello!
I have this big problem with a video file I downloaded yesterday! It was the latest Lost episode and when i first saw it I was suprised by how big it was 1,36 GB! because alla other episodes that I've got from my friend have been around 350 mb, but i couldnt find another. I think all other episodes have been .avi I downloaded this one from pirateby through BitLord, and it came into my download folder as Lost.s02e05.hdtv.720p-HQ.xvid-int. It has a media player icon and I can open it in media player but there is no sound
I dont know what to do and I think there is a high possibility that the solution of this problem is very simple but Im very new to this so any help would by highly appreciated. Thanks!

download & install the latest 'ffdshow' from http://www.aziendeassociate.it/cd.asp?dir=/ffdshow

eliku, that seems awfully large for a 42 min episode tv capture of lost. can u please post the file info from virtualdubmod/virtualdub (freeware)? the other ones you had play fine? i bet they are mpeg1-layer3 audio, correct?

@LT: notice the file name says '720p'. that means the res is 1280x720. its in high definition, means much higher bitrate needed to make it look good. 1.3GB is needed, its been compressed down from ~3GB-3.5GB

the thread was re-opened by blutach since it is only a tv capture--not pirated, copyrighted material. and i know what your saying anon, but most lost captures are app. 350 MB like originaly stated...that's all i meant. the highest i know of are 700 MB(lost NBC)
