AVI to DVD - audio out of sync

I downloaded a TV show, 12 episodes, and converted them to DVD using Dvix to DVD converter. Never had a problem until now. Out of the 12 episodes, episodes 3,4,5,6 & 9 have the audio out of sync when I burn them onto a DVD using Nero. How do I fix this problem? Can anyone offer any suggestions?

    Thanks

if the gap is the same throughout the file see the audio correction section at the bottom of this guide. i don't use the program you are using, but with tmpgenc it can very easily made perfect again

Thanks. After reading the guide 2 questions still come to mind. 1) It appears that I may need to get the full program due to the AC3 requirement. and 2) what do I set the delay for. It appears to be trial and error. I've never used that program so I'm not sure if there will be a way to view and adjust.

      Thanks.

AC3 has nothing to do with it, for any DVD conversion the full version is needed. it is trial and error, it will take you several attempts likely, but i can do it usually on the first try.

1000 ms = 1 second might help in determing your adjustment
