I now can play the film ok with the WMV HD video without audio and with the audio VOB demuxed from DVD-9.

How do I burn the files onto a dvd or how do I interleave this WMV HD and the audio VOBs into a file ?

the method above is an alternative to muxing the video and audio to one file. its a much better option IMO because it allows the audio to stay intact (which means no re-encoding, which means you are keeping it at highest quality possible). it also avoids the trouble of encoding/muxing crappy wma/wmv

this wmv is for playback ON A PC, right? just burn them as a data dvd, with nero.

delete the 13 VOBs, and follow the guide i linked to above. except, in the step below, leave the splitting at 1GB (chapters should only be selected here if you're dealing with a music dvd)

OK. I understand your point.
I stream this WMV HD to IO Data LinkPlayer2. So it is better that video and audio is muxed but anyway I was able to create the 2 Channel version with Windows Media Stream Editor as above so I will use the 2 Channel version for LinkPlayer 2.

When I tried to convert this single VOB to wave with BeLight, the error "Cannot find libmmd.dll" Where can I find it to download ?

I found the libmmd.dll now encoding into WMA.

BTW what does this dll do ? I found it at Web page related to Ogg.

BeLight created wav is only 2 channel even 5.1 WAV is selected.
The source VOB audio is 5,1 by checking with MediaInfo.
What setting is required for BeLight to convert 5.1 VOB to 5.1 WAV ?
Maybe the lbmmd.dll is wrong.
