NTSC vs PAL

hi,

whats the difference between PAL and NTSC? sometimes when converting with nero vision, i get prompted with file is majority PAL, convert to NTSC? thanks.

if you are in CAN or US set to NTSC, outside set to PAL. if your player plays both---it don't matter.
