Difficult codec to find - please help!

Can anyone provide some help in getting a T263 codec? I have done numerous searches and tried multiple codec pack, and am still unable to play these avi files with any media player.

    <TABLE cellSpacing=3 cellPadding=3 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD>T263</TD><TD>March Network H.263</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

    Thanks!

install the dvr player from march networks

You don’t have to play your video in their player. Once you install the player you can view the file in windows media player or whatever program you use to view avi’s

Is it actually different to regular H.263 or they just use a different FourCC?

Changing the fourCC to H263 so that ffdshow, etc. can be used to decode should work then.

Easiest way is AVI FourCC code changer.

Hmmm, a bit like PIN Number or ATM Machine.... The last C in FourCC stands for code. AVI Four Character Code Code Changer? Someone really ought to rename that.
