I was sent a MSWMM file in my email and don't know how to burn it with Nero. Can I convert it? If so how and with what?

What type of encoder will convert a .msmm file into a .wmv file so I can Nero my best friends wedding file sent by email???

it's a windows movie maker project file

last i checked project files don't contain actual a/v data, and email isn't a very efficient way to send a wedding video. get him to burn it for you and send through snail mail, or encode to mpeg4 and upload to something like http://www.sendspace.com
