Hey, I have a fairly simple question, a hope someone can help.
I want to some video that has a fair amount of fast action and would like to record it over to VHS via my Voodoo 3 3500 AGP (It has a TV and a RCA line out and in). The only media player I have is Windows media player, and the close eye (Me..trying to make it look GOOD) wants to get rid of the occasional artifact that you see when something moves fast and you can see your monitor trying franticly to "paint" the screen with the next frame. Overall, it is not all that noticable, but does anyone know if there is anyway to tell the computer to buffer it's video output, or something like that?
I haven't tried to do this yet (I haven't installed the card, or got the drivers yet).
My current system is an AMD 1.4 gig, 256 megs of ram, Voodoo 3 3000 PCI.
