    C00D1199 Cannot Play File

Though I'm sure this has been covered before, I searched for this, but was unable to find one related to my specific problem.

I have a bunch of MP3 music files and have tried playing them on both Windows Media Player and ITunes but songs will not play.

Windows Media Player is showing the following:
    C00D1199: Cannot play the file
    Error ID = 0xC00D1199, Condition ID = 0x00000000

I have tried using aFreeCodec but still (maybe I'm searching wrong) I am unable to play these files.

    Please help.....

    Try using Media Player Classic.

      Tried, but does not help...

Message: Media Player Graphic could not render some of the pins in the graph, you may not have the needed codecs or filters installed on the system

If MPC can't render them, then they aren't mp3's since it has a build in mpa splitter and mp3 decoder.
