    Getting a film to play

    Help
I have just finished downloading a movie but cannot get it to play .
I already have divx codec version 3.11 but this still doesnt allow me to play the downloaded film
In the films properties it says DIVXMPG4 V3
Does this mean that I need another codec to play the file??

Also could anyone advise me of the best site from which to download the latest movies i.e. Star Wars / Spiderman etc?

    Thanks
    Rob

Use WMP 6.4 for playback. If that doesn't work, post the "file informaton" as seen in Virtualdub here, and any messages or prompts you may get.

Have you made sure it is installed in your system?
