    Make a (S)VCD with ac3

    Hi all



    How do I make a (S)VCD with ac3 sound (if I can)?

    How do I convert it from Divx to mpeg an then burn, all with ac3?
    Is there a guide somewhere? link?

      Although you can create SVCDs with .AC3 audio, and they'll play on your PC, you'll get only the video portion when you play it on your standalone DVD player for viewing on your television (which is the only reason to create SVCDs and VCDs in the first place)...

          It means?

          On PC: ac3 + stereo + mono

          On stand alone DVD: stereo + mono

          Is that correct?
