result is Crap

I have Sony DCR-HC21E. while streaming movie is hanging and when I am burning it in a VCD the quality is really crap with no sound. I am using Picture package software. can anyone advise me what to do?

there's a known issue with usb streaming, have you applied the patch?

vcd is terrible

computer specs?
