Odd that mplayer doesn't support the format, since ffmpeg does. You can either get a recent ffmpeg build and encode the file to Xvid for example, or for a GUI try SUPER, as loco suggested. Since it uses ffmpeg it *should* support WVE too.

I tried ffmpeg but it doesn't know that format. It seems like EA told everybody to remove that format support, because every software I tried where it stands for wve support and the software don't even recognizes the format.
