I'm sure it can encode DTS, and I'd think it could decode it from VOB. Have you clicked (in BeSweet the VOB-->AC3 profile).

The best (but probably not the easiest) way IMO is with foobar2k and a good CLI encoder, like Aften. Basically you install foobar2k, download the foo_dts component and place it in the components folder. Add the DTS file to the playlist, right-click, encode... and select a custom encoder, in this case aften.exe. Parameters like this:
Code:-b 448 -dynrng 1 - %d

Ok Rockas,
Feedback !
I used your proggie to convert from ac3 to mpa... it worked and it was simple to use !!!!
Thannnnnnk YOU !
The scenario... incase someone needs this thread in the future...
DVD to FLV was my challenge... (a damaged dvd but I only needed 1 Vob's video) but the ac3 audio is not importable by sorenson squeeze so heres what I did...
Copied the VOB file from the DVD...
Renamed the VOB to MPG
Opened TMPGEnc.... Demultiplexed the MPG into:
Video into .MPG
Audio into .AC3
Next, I opened the DAudioK proggie from Rockus...
Converted the .AC3 to .MPA, and I downmixed the sampling frequency from 48,100 to 44,100 and the bitrate from 224 to 128.
The trick to getting this to import into sorenson is to make the (Optimizer / Header Type) setting "MPG". If you select the MP2 setting the audio will NOT import into sorenson. (not in my case)
Now you can import, into sorenson, the video file (.mpg) and "link" the audio file you created from DAudioK (.mpa).
As for feedback on the DAudioK program...
It rawks !!!!
The only problem I found with the DAudioK program was...
On my second run... the 'percentage complete' stayed at 000.0
Though it was still converting as it should.
Thx Rockus,
DAudioK made my conversion process MUCH easier and it works for my needs just like I was hoping it would, and it was easy to use.
