dvd shrink.. no sound

HI, I am wondering if anyone out there can provide some insight.. when I back up dvd's with dvd shrink, most of the time there is no volume, or there is volume, but then it cuts out about 15 minutes in. I back them up with dvd shrink and burn them with Sonic Record Now.. thanks in advance
