HDTV show

I'm using Photodex Producer to create a show to play on our Pioneer Elite PRO-150FD tv.... We have had success with Mpeg1 but it seems the buffer in the gags a bit causing a stutter-step whil eth efile catches up. I've tried lower res images - same thing..
Any ideas or success to share?
