Looking for DVD ripper!!

Hi, Guys I am looking for a DVD ripper. I want to copy my DVD collection to my PC in different format. Like AVI, DivX, Windows media video (WMV), XviD, H.264 and MPEG-1, 2 and 4. But I donâ€™t want to do compromise with the quality. If you people know any good DVD ripper software so, please let me know. <o></o>
