Divx 5.02: Video lags audio after F/forward or R/Wind

I have just installed Divx 5.02 and have tryed it on a couple of clips. The Divx's play fine if played from start to finish but if i fast forward or re wind the clip the video ends up laging the audeo by about a second or 2. The audeo codec is Mp3 128 K/Bit per sec @ 44,100 Hz.
    System details:
AMD Thunderbird 1400Hz Procesor, 256Mb RAM
    Windows XP
Window media player (Ver. 8 i think)
Encoding tools, used flaskMPEG and TMpeg.

    Please HELP!!!
    Thank Guys!

I have exactly the same problem, with a totally different configuration:
    DivX 5.0.2 video codec; 25fps (PAL); 48kHz MP3 sound (96kbps CBR); Celeron 866 + Matrox G450 DH; The Playa 2.0 Alpha.
The only common point is that the clip was created with FlaskMPEG. I'm not quite sure if it's an encoding or a playback problem.

Good to know that I'm not alone.

      Same problem with BSplayer 0.85

I have same problem with BSplayer. I never experience it in WMP though. I don't like using the playa since it seems to hang quite often, BSplayer instead seem to be quite stable as well as WMP is.

      Regards,
      Jason
