A couple .avi movies are flipped and backwards

I searched for this and found quite a bit of threads in various forums including this one with this problem.
The thing is, being a troubleshooter my entire life I don't want to uninstall all codecs, clean codecs, and start over.
I want to fix this and I know it can be fixed.
I know of the flip extension option but cannot find it while the said movie is playing.

K-lite does not have a save all settings of all codecs option and I have customised/setup over 200 codecs and do not want to do this again.

Using 3.4.5 basic for a couple months now and no problems.
I did some filter adding and tweaking 2 weeks ago and this started so I am assuming it was me and my tweak like habits when bored.

Anyone know where to start?

What filters cause playback changes other than color and audio?

Had codec compatibility problem;
Bicubic Resize filter (bicubic_resizer.ax) and the G400 filter (divxg400.ax) where registered and enabled in MPC filters.
