as the demonstration photo depicts, i sustained these eccentric blocks showing all over videos i normally get off bittorent. its xvid encoded. i usually run these xvids on k-lite codec pack ffdshow but it has not occurred to me to notice these things before we played back a similarly encoded video at my friends's place putting into consideration my pc specs are way better than his.
i run windows vista 32-bit with n-vidia 7900 gfx and 1400X900 widescreen LCD display. i don't know what the heck is going on here. its really irritating. its like a royal pain in the butt.
