I have many HI8 tapes and I want to transfer to DVD. I have Roxio 7.5 and Roxio vhs to dvd. I can capture the files with no problem. once i have the files i cannot figure out how to split the different sections out to stand alone clips. One program (easy) captures to avi format the other to mpg format. some of the clips are over 8g and i want to compress or reduce quality to get on one dldvd.
Can anyone help?
