The fact is that IPTV is not exactly as Internet TV. It is now urge on being popular recent days because this is a technology era.
IPTV is something that DSL providers can sell to their customers, because they have direct access to the "back end". For those, you would contract the services of a back end media aggregator. Whom would have distributed servers and bandwidth to provide the content to your customers.
