Need to convert a WMV to DVD-ready VOBs

My kid made a school video with Windows Movie Maker. She saved it as a WMV.

I have to burn a 60-second video onto a DVD so it can be played in any commercial DVD player.

I'm not going to do hundreds of these. I'd prefer to never do it again, but I'm clearly going to do it once in a blue moon.

I don't want to buy software and I don't want water marks (as in WinAVI Converter). I don't want toolbars installed in my web Browser (as done by SUPER). I really don't need the headache of spyware or malware.

Please help me find something quick, and please don't try to sell me anything. I have ImgBurn, and I tried creating an image file from the WMV, but it didn't play after burning to DVD. I don't have Nero, and I'm not going to get it.

DVD Flick should accept wmv as input.
