I would have to say no, that burner is for a desktop pc. You should look for an external USB2 burner that supports bitsetting for your laptop.

all burners work with ImgBurn, I believe, you just need an external one that is bitsett capable

In that case I would wait for someone with an external burner for a recommendation, or do some research on external burners and look for one in your price range that isn't a pos.

that's an older model but an OK one, the one in my link is newer and better
