Since the roo is the national symbol and is questionable about eating. Does that apply to Canadians whose national symbol is the beaver?

I'd try roo, I've never had the chance though. On my home computer, if I squint, it looks browner, but still grey. It may have to do with the settings on your monitor.

Just the fact that beaver (the animal not the locker room humor {trying to keep it clean for the kids}) meat can be subed by raccoon should worry you.

On the flip side: I looked thru my email archieves but deleted the email w/ 101 different names for the "other" beaver. That sure was a funny one. "Meat curtains" has to be high on the list.

blu - your roo is brown, & they have a taste somewhat more stronger than venison, & a very dark meat. very nice/tasty, but needs to be consumed along with other side dishes.
have you tried changing brown (roo) into a black & white stripes ? (now there's an idea)
