It was brand new and my brother dropped it (only a few feet) as he had to much too drink. He still doesn't remember doing it. Luckily, I still managed to return it and get my money back.

I have one speaker above my desk and the other by my bed, so I can listen to music no matter where I am in my room

I just said that a small crack was there at the start but only noticed it was there while installing windows. Then it got worse and went across the entire screen as I put Windows on.

I removed all the software so there was no trace of anything I put on it apart from the installed Windows. It was a nightmare as I could only see a third of the desktop.

The company wanted to check the laptop with their engineers. The laptop got picked up and 24 hours later I got a email to say I will get a full refund including the delivery charge. Apparantly, they have had a few laptops come back with a similar crack and it was decided it was damaged in transit like the others.

Must be more than a few people with brothers who drink, LOL. I keep my hubby away for the same reason!

Is that one of those fish aquarim lanps I see to the left of your sound system? Nice lava lamps. LOL You seem to have the sames lams as my son does.
