you can burn at 12X with 8X discs? I didnt think you could do that. WOW I will have to play with it some. New toy!

It is call Qsuit in benq web site, but you may want to read more about it before install, other pp even burn at 16x with 8x media

I will have to check into that, what is the quality like burning that fast though?

that is why I said wait until you are comfortable with your benq first, to me good media will be the same, bad media get worse

I am running some tests now on some older burns with my old burner I used Princo, Verbatim and TYG02 cant wait to see the difference.

So far the quality seems to be the same as my old burner with the TY discs.

So far I like this new one but it does seem to slow my computer down a lot more then with the old burner, so I am wondering how some of those old burns will test now.

tell you the truth your TY with your old burner is bad, Ty useally between 97-99 and PIF total should be less then 500 not close to 2000

I know what you mean.

I cant seem to multitask as fast or as good as I could with the other burner but for better burns I dont mind that part. I know your not supposed to multi tals while burning anyways I just always did.

only if you have dual core u can , you can burn, down load and search the web at the same time without effect your burning
