Slowmotion!!

HELP

On a couple of my movies the video goes slowmotion but the audio is completly normal. I don't know if i need a codec for this or if i need to run it in a other program. I have a AMD k6-2 with 450 MHZ with Windows XP....is this to low to view the moviez or what???...please Help me!!!

for a hq-res movie let alone divx5 with mpeg-tools your machine is by far too slow

The following may help:

-use a less cpu intensive player such as BSPLAYER
-Do not use any postprocessing for divx 5, or better yet don't use divx 5 at all and instead use FFDSHOW with no postprocessing
-reduce desktop area to 640x480 and turn off all non-essential applications.
-reduce colour depth to 16 bit
