nothing but 2 hours of blackness...

Hey, i've downloaded now four separate avi matrix reloaded files and all they play is blackness: no audio, no video.

Gspot says it plays fine, i downloaded the tsunami 3.9.9 but i might have not installed the right codecs...

    the divx player says:

"the video file you are openning includes video data that is not recognized by the Divx Player.

The file contains the following type of data:

    Video data: FOURCC code 'O'

You may need to install a codec..."

can anyone offer some assistance...like perhaps the name of some newfangled codec they're encoded in. i mean i'm seeing the movie again this weekend but this is just really frustrating.

    thank you so much.

Per the administrator of these forums ("admin"):

Any digital video problem to do with movies downloaded off P2P should be in the P2P forum, because many forum members do not want to reply (or view) posts that suggests piracy may have been involved at one point or another.

(Just so you know - You've been wasting your time downloading fake files. This is the "price you frequently pay" for attempting to download illicit copies of commercial properties...)

well thank you guys, i didn't see the P2P forum section, so i apologize. three of the four were fake, and i'm still trying to figure out the deal for the other one which looks good from all angles that i can see.

            thanks, alcskid
