    No AVI playback

    Help,

Something has gotten screwed up with video playback in XP. I have all codecs properly installed and have numerous media players. None play anything, no divx, or xvid or anything. Everything used to play fine. Is there something messed up in the registry. This is frustrating as I keep trying to install/uninstall everything and get no results!!!!!!

    Please help!!

Just perform a rollback to the last time it was working properly...

Trying a reinstall on one or more of these things may help:

          -. Video card driver
-. Decoder (FFDShow or DivX/XviD/whatever else you need)
          -. DirectX
-. Player preference (which player defaults to handling .avi extension)
