Xvid inverse image!!!

Hi, I want to watch a movie encoded with DirectVobSub, but the image isn't right! The image is turned upside-down. When I uninstall Xvid, the image is correct, but it was working well before.

What can I do?

see if you can find an option like *flip video* in your xvid-decoder settings
