    Problem witch watching DIVX movies

    I have 2 computers:

one P3 450 mhz, 128 MB Ram, with a Nvidia RIVA TNT2 video card.

one Intel Celeron 1.1 ghz, 256 MB Ram, with Nvidia Aladdin TNT2 video card.

On the first computer I can watch Divx movies without a problem, but on the other computer alle movies play with a lot of little shocks, and the sound and view are often not synchronised. The movie freezes now and then for a split second while the sound continues.
I have tried lots of things (software) but nothing works.

Is it the video card that's not powerfull enough? Or wat else can be the problem?

    Greetings

Do you have the same codecs installed on both machines? Try using FFDShow, which might clear up some problems. Your machines both seem capable of handling DivX movies.
