How to open DVDRip.XviD-DiAMOND files?

I spent so much time trying to figure out how to open DVDRip.XviD-DiAMOND and DVDrip.XViD-ALLiANCE files on internet. Sadly, I still didn't get a clue. There are just several dozens of WINRAR files in a folder. Don't know how to deal with these.

Can anybody give some help? Thanks in advance!
