what do you mean by *separate*

choosing stream 1 or 2 for playback or demuxing/extracting the soundstreams from the movies?

choosing the soundstream depends on the player and format in use

we would need some more infos

Choosing a stream....separate....how do i choose 1 stream from another in a AVI file ....?

most player let you switch stream via right-click => language or a similar command

if the player itself does not have an internal switcher, install *morgan stream switcher*

with morgan any player will be able to change between different languages
