Pixalization during parts in playback

I ripped and burned a dvd using dvd shrink 3.17 and in the middle for about 20 sec it gets pixals. Most dvd's i do don't do this - any ideas - Thanks

Have you played the ORIGINAL DVD (on the same equipment) to determine if it exhibits the same behaviour?

Yes and all is well on the original It has pixalization and then it will kind of stop and then pick back up on some spots. Thanks for any help this is frustrating

Does the original (COMMERCIAL) show pixelization or not?
