Hey all!
Whenever I play a DivX movie, it runs for anywhere between 15 minutes and one hour and then my computer preforms a cold reboot. No blue screen, no error message. Upon reboot, Windows XP then has to run chkdsk on my two 40GB partitions. (By the way, why is Windows XP using an old MS-DOS program to check the HD? I thought Windows XP was MS-DOS free...) The movies are usually encoded with: Video: "DivX v3 MPEG-4 (Low-Motion)", Audio: "MPEG "Layer-3". (Information obtained using AVIcodec - Download from http://avicodec.duby.info/).
