problems with lotr

im trying to playback lotr, and it keeps warping and jump forward and i have to stop it and start playing again...im just starting out with divx and im wondering if i have to add more keyframes or what i have no idea...so anyone that can help please do id me much obliged....

What's the speed of your system and the resolution of the movie file?

keyframes can only be set when encoding/re-encoding

so are you re-encoding any other material?
