Elusive codec

Im doing my nut here trying to find a codec called H264. Ive found a few encoders, and a 263 codec, but this one has got me beat. Could anyone help please?

install ffdshow and you'll be able to play this format

Installed it, still doesnt work. Ticked h263+ in configuration. Gspot tells me i need H264/x264 name ITu h.26n

install an up2date version

i'm running ffdshow from sept. 30th and h264 plays perfectly fine
