      If the OP wants to read the subject hashed out Ad nauseam just search "PAL TO NTSC" on AfterDawn forum. I bet the thread is still running. I gave up on reading a couple of years ago. One of those arguments that never end.

            It is easy.
            Just open NTSC project in Premiere, import your material on timeline and then export it. In export settings tab you can choose PAL 720x576 resolution, DV AVI, 25 frames per second.

            or use a converter.

            sory, I made a mistake. I was thinking the opposite. So just do the opposite. Open a Pal project and export dv avi ntsc, 29.97 frames, 720x470
