Actually I think you'll find Clinton took more Enron money. Never-the-less...when Paul Ruben (what was he? Clinton's Treasury Secretary?) lobbied George Bush for a government bailout for Enron (ala Chrysler) Bush turned his back and let them go Belly-up. Not quite like the Tit-for-Tat Clinton engaged in for the Chinese Communist Intelligence money (need to see the sworn testimony of Charlie Trei and Charles Huang re. payments from the PLA?) when Clinton enabled Loral Corporation to perfect the longmarch missile to go orbital (and deliver MIRVed warheads anywhere in the world...no limiting range), practiced an "open door" policy at los alamos to give them our latest EMP weapons...and , oh yes, the FBI files on all the Republicans so they could be blackmailed and silenced.

We both agree they are all traitors to US people.

So, let's get MPAA off of people's back.

I'm somewhat sure that some of us can find the key to the mpaa's destruction. I'm aware some of the studios are not pleased with the MPAA and would not be saddened as to MPAA's end.

Everything, such as MPAA, has a beginning, and it is there I will look first, as sometimes a thing's (such as MPAA) achilles heel is exposed.

One idea....I don't know if it will work, or not...would be to examine the total situation. Hollywood is dominated by the left. Non-communists are actually discriminated against by this group of elitists, and are afraid to voice their opinions for fear of being added to the "black lists". The big Hollywood money always flows to the democrats...GW doesn't owe a thing to them. The MPAA is attacking us through the Federal courts (RIAA just announced suits against 600 downloaders today). The Republicans have been hamstrung at appointing federal judges because of a democrat-threatened filibuster (we need 60 seats in the senate to stop such a filibuster.) This year, 10 democrat senators have announced their retirement...10 "open seats" are being contested. It's the Clinton hold-over judges and prosecutors who are giving MPAA and RIAA the green light to attack individuals downloading movies and music. A concerted effort on our part to reelect GW in a landslide, which may have coattails long enough to sweep in enough Republican Senators to halt filibusters...and get judges not beholding to Hollywood into position to do us some good might be in our best interest.

Well, fact is Clinton had so much problems because of the Republican judges. From what research I did some years ago, most Federal judges were/are republicans (including republican supreme federal court).

Thwarting MPAA does not require "packing" the federal courts with republicans. To say Holywood isn't working with Bush would be foolish, as after 9/11 Bush persuaded Holywood (not hard to do) to portray any Arab characters in a demeaning way (to support US military murders in middle east). Fact is, before 9/11 Holywood had most Arab characters portrayed as "religious lunatic terrorists", anyhow.

There are several things about MPAA which smacks of a business within a "business" benefitting MPAA executives at the expense of actors/actresses. The RIAA is also the same rip-off. Seems the IRS could get some business tax profits from them, as they are definitely not "non-profit". Many have wondered if the RICO statutes would apply. MPAA and RIAA are constantly dragging citizens before satan, why not have satan drag MPAA before satan? There are of course, other methods, also. But some "lurker", should have the rest to go with what I've posted to start something. It's all about MPAA's "right" to legally exist. This is plain enough. " By what authority? ".......is the hint!

It's not as far-fetched as it may seem. Conservative judges interpret what the law says...Activist judges abuse their power by interpreting what the legislature "meant to say when they made the law".With a conservative judge you always know where you stand (what's written) and can plan a defense accordingly...but you never know where an activist judge is going to come from, because he'll abuse his power and create law from the bench ( see what's going on in Massachusetts right now?) I'm not saying it will work. The guy who started this "legislation from the bench" trend was Earl Warren (an Eisenhower appointee), who, when he ruled in favor of a Sierra Club case said, "trees have standing before the Supreme Court". Eisenhower said Warren was the worst appointment he ever made. And after Bork got "Borked", Reagan appointed Suter ( a referral by Jim Jeffords, R,Vt (at the time) ...which goes to show you how EVERYBODY involved in the judicial process in Vermont are a bunch of leftists. Let me refer back to the "political scale" we had on that test. The left parameter are the Communists (the people who want to steal what others have worked for)...the right parameter are the Libertarians (the people who go along with anything...as long as you don't harm someone)...They place Hitler in the very center of this chart at the very top (that's where the Nazi's are...they are middle-of-the-roaders.) More of you may be "right wing extremists" than you thought.

Well, I "stayed" in Vt. for a while. Definitely didn't notice anything liberal nor progressive from that farming culture's people, though the air was somewhat purer than what I'd breathed in S. California. Nice place for enjoying retirement and not caring to lock the doors when you leave the house, didn't notice much (if any) fairness there, either.......not many heroes from Vt., though and I understand why they don't produce such.

Warren was a former satan (US prosecutor), wasn't he? Warren, did some good and did some bad, It's doubtful he's been weighed, yet.

Eisenhower was a US president whom warned the people to beware of the "military industrial complex". Those whom warn of such nowadays are "labeled" conspiracy theorists, and yet a former US president, whom was also a "5" (?) Star US Army General, started that warning by stating such publicly to US citizens.

A lot of us like Patton, but some of us understand Eisenhower's understanding as better. Patton claimed USSR was enemy, Eisenhower didn't. Eisenhower said the worst enemy was "big business". Eisenhower was/is correct.

Yeah, that whole Republican/Democrat identification thing is really silly. Really, they should instead be labeled as "Thieving Liar - Type A", and "Thieving Liar - Type B" for a more exact identification.

It's quite obvious the VHS, DVD, and then (?) is a plan, didn't you notice the Asians didn't fall for Holywood's plan? The Asians chose the VCD's (80 yrs. life expectancy) while the caucasians fell for the VHS (8-12 yrs. life expectancy and then buy again in dvd form). There doth seem to be something in this paragraph about Holywood's plan. But, the drive makers are also part and parcel, doesn't Sony own many Holywood movies and how many major movie studios??

I bought about a dozen more new store-bought dvd movies today.......sigh, I already have 100's of such dvd movies which are still unviewed and not backed-up, hey most aren't even opened yet. I reckon this back-up thing is a good treatment for winter-time "cabin-fever". Reckon we could patent such treatment - it is a very good hobby? We could use the proceeds to have an anti-mpaa?

I really do want to "get" the MPAA, I don't like the what that they are doing to the actors/actresses which is the what that the RIAA is doing to the singers and/or bands.

If there is a RICO violation(s), would the court(s) render mpaa null and void, or would they sell out the US citizens as the fed supreme court did when the black robes chose Bush to be US president? It is looking like some type of boycott is the only solution which is 100 %.

"not many heroes from Vermont" (ever heard of Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain Boys?). Yes...Eisenhower did warn of the "Military-Industrial Complex" profiting from the "Cold War"...But the USSR was a more immediate threat...and had showed a propensity toward killing people. A lot of people these days wax naustalgic about the good old USSR...but Stalin killed 20 million people (including Jews) in his death camps Vs. Hitler's 8 million...but Mao Tse Tung beat 'em all...with 100 million. The KGB was into using surrougates for its dirty work. Bulgaria supplied the assasins (remember Ricen-tipped umbrellas?), Cuba for its Western Hemisphere expansionism, and...IRAQ, Syria, Libya and Egypt for its general terrorism "let's keep the West off-balance"...This is relevant re. 9/11. Saddam hired Carlos to hijack the OPEC Ministers to jack oil prices up. And Red China gave the Pakistani's the bomb. These are not nice guys, and Ike knew it...he was concerned some self-serving companies were fueling the fire to help the Soviets along (like the way Loral helped Red China) so they could make more profits. If you scroll up and read what I said about "Big Business" you'll see I think they are like little fiefdoms...and their people know more about playing back-stabbing office politics than free enterprise. The higher up you get in a organization, the less you have to do...and these G.D. Asst. Vice President's have plenty of time on their hands to join and run the Chamber of Commerce...and are quoted in the news as "Business Experts"...but they couldn't pour urine from a boot if the instructions were written on the heel. People who own businesses don't have any spare time for that foolishness...and never get heard....but THEY are the Backbone of the free enterprise economy. Not all businessmen are your "evil" enemies (as Hillary says.)

                      Yeah,

Most US citizens really have no idea how things really are and how their "elected" and UN-elected officials are really bought and paid for by a foreign country(ies). Most people have become to hypnotized by the programmed NEWS and programmed public and "private" schooling to every really think through to how things really are. And when some do, they are immediately (sometimes later) ostracized because they've tumbled on to something.

It is all about "control" of the people. Whether the people be called the masses or the "herd" which politicians enjoy stampeding by wars and rumours of wars.......

We don't really know how long it's been going on, but it didn't start in Europe a few or even several centuries ago. Then, of course, there is the religion connection, which "throws" almost everyone. But, what did Hitler show people? Hitler told the pope if the pope complained too much about the death camps, etc., the Vatican would be turned into a treasury for the war effort. So, the pope, God's official representative, did bend the knee to Hitler.

There were many more protestants killed than jews and the gypsies were almost wiped out completely. Hitler had a tough decision to make as there was a very disproportianate amount of jews in key positions in Germany, even though there was/is no ~ difference in the IQ of the average German and the average jew. Hitler also banned many of the secret societies as he proved they were aiding and abetting the jews in obtaining key positions and they were in fact spies for the UK, even though "seemingly" benign. Interestingly, timmediately after WWII, the US and UK did steal the land now called Israel from the Arabs and give it to some jews, some still claim was a payment for jew work against Germany. When thinking about such Byzantine plots, I remember the old adage "Kill 'em all. God will sort them out.". However, "them" is the ones whom do "God's" killing. "Damn the luck.". So, even God is against the honest. Aahh, the plot thickens.

As to "Ever heard of..."., Get real, I'm descended from a long line of US heroes whom fought for the US people. Vt.? Ever hear of a state with the most heroes (and it ain't Texas, though I have Texas friends)?

Yes, the eastern Europeans were/are trigger men. Interesting thing about 9/11 the "thing" happened after work time had started, on a Tuesday, not a holieday, not a hang-over day (Monday) and not a vacation-time of year, and yet ~ 1/2 of the twin towers workers did not go to work that day, Usually 95 +% of all worker would be at work on such a day. Most of the "absent" workers were foreigners and the bulk which died were almost all US and UK "citizens". The 9/11 was a plan that many governments knew of, including US and UK, but both countries wanted a war and so, 1,000's had to die to get that blood-thirst going in the public's loins, so Bush, et al, could strut as a peacock and send US military to murder some more foreigners to profit military industrial complex. This was reported (absent workers) by CNN, etc. immediately after the "thing" on 9/11 and reported by other news services, etc., later and is even now an official record historically.

It's an awful thing, and an awful "world" which we live in, where murdering foreigners is required so the rich can fly in their 1st Class seats, Leer jets, and Bush, et al can make more$'s.

Obviously, none of the Bush's "believe" in God, else their God is satan. So, Bush in fact did not pass that "litmus" test, which the US people require(d), therefore, he cannot be elected, l est it's another "black-robes" decision, martial law, etc., which "puts" him in office, again. Jimmy Carter, believed in God, yet Jimmy started the federal destruction of the middle class, and had to go, no matter if "Hitler" would be in the white house.

Hitler's failure was caused by his sparing the pope. If Hitler had destroyed the Vatican completely, the protestants would have cheered him, in the US. There were/are many US citizens of German descent. Thing about it, is that Hitler was right about some things, but UK would not allow Germany to be free and US pesident broke federal law to start the war with Germany. Interesting, is that many more millions of US Germans than US Japanese and no concentration camp for Germans. Were the US Germans so bloodthirsty to kill their own kinsmen (US civil war type thing, ain't it?)? Or was it because the Japanese had some more IQ points average than Germans and understood US government's chicanery? That war with Germany was wrong. And the war with Japan was because the US government refused to allow Japanese to buy junkyard scrap metal, which would/did destroy Japan's economy! Oh, but that worm, did turneth!

Your RICO action against RIAA just hit the front page of the Drudge Report. Wish you luck. Forget your predjudices and listen for a minute about 9/11 and see if this doesn't make sense. This is what we've established, so far. IRAQ was a surrogate of the USSR...Saddam often contracted terrorist operations to the various terrorist organizations (Carlos, "The Jackle" was working for the PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palistine). Anyone outside the US ( and influence from our media's leftist spin) could see the attacks on the Sudan, Afganistan and Pakistan to get Ben Laden were timed and coordinated with Clinton's poor performance in the legal proceedings in order to draw your attention away from his problems. His attack on Iraq was on the eve of the House Impeachment vote...and an unpredjudiced observer might note that, due to gains in the November election, the democrats would have 5 more votes once the new members were sworn in on 5 Jan. Clinton said he wasn't attacking Iraq just to delay the Impeachment vote until that happened...he wanted do the attack before the muslim holy period of Ramadan started. The Republicans humored him , but after the attack had continued one full day into Ramadan the republicans could see what he was up to and called for the vote. One hour after the vote...and after he was impeached...the bombs stopped falling on Bagdad. You can apologize this all you want...but the message sent loud and clear to the rest of the world was...Clinton (and the American left who looked the other way) were willing to sacrifice the lives of brown people...just to delay legal proceedings. Initial intelligence reports had the head of Iraqi Intelligence meeting with Muhammad Atta in Prague the next month (January). Later "official" reports from the Checkoslovakian government said although the two were in the city at the same time, the meeting never took place (Clinton and Albright have strong ties to that former communist country)...but the fact exists that in February Atta and his terrorist cell was fully funded and boarding planes for the US to begin their flight training...

It ain't prejudices about the 9/11, the facts which I stated, which are of factual record, speak clearly, I am not owing any apology, nor do I, as a fact, apologize. Something either is, or it isn't.

I never did like Clinton and Jimmy Carter's implementation of the monied's plan to destroy the US middle-class, caused me to never truly side with the democrats, as their pretext of seperation of powers was lost as had the pretext of seperation of Church and State been lost when I understood such to be but a pretext whilst a young boy.

Clinton's ordered US military murders of caucasians in Europe during the legal problems was proof to every reasonable US person that Clinton was threatening a major war if the pressure didn't abate. Finally, Starr, caved-in, a Clinton plant all along (as was proven later when government admitted Starr had enough evidence (which he chose not to use) to indict Clinton at a felony(ies) level. Clinton and his "owners" planned that from the beginning, as did the republicans. Iraq and other countries are nothing but scapegoats for US presidents to crank up the military industrial profits for whom? Those main stockholders are really the worst of the murderers. Aahh, the national debt (most owed to Japan) and the economy, seems somebody has decided US is same as biblical Cain, but hey we aren't in the geographical area of Greece.......

The RICO can work, but the international law should also be used for further criminal convictions of the RIAA and MPAA persons whom are at fault.

Will the republican courts and Bush let them off?

Yes...the republicans were terrified an unstable Clinton might go the distance if he were impeached. He has no life outside politics...a Senate vote to oust him would have meant his life was over...and an unstable Clinton...with his finger on the button...might have tried to take us all out in a Jim Jones suicide. Don't drink the koolAid and let another unstable leftist radical anywhere near the White House.

Geeze...maybe I should join...I need some bucks. Seriously...If you hope to win in court keep hitting on the relationship of the enablers (Sony, TimeWarner DVR) and the poor "Victims" ( Sony's movie companies and Warner Bros.) Suing people for using equipment for its intended use is ludicrus on its face. Keep relating downloading to VCR copying and radio/HiFi taping that EVERYBODY ( including the judge) does, did, or knows a close family member who did. You have more friends than you can imagine...if you relate to them. Of course, an activist Judge Ito-type looking to become friends with people who might make him a TV commentator later might throw a monkey wrench ruling at you...but the jury might still be with you.
